Article 1.

1. The company Complete BARF s.r.o.,

with its registered office at Střítež 6, 539 01 Včelákov, Czech Republic,

Company ID No. (IČO): 22509895,

registered with the Regional Court in Hradec Králové under file number C 54178/KSHK,

(hereinafter referred to as the "Company"),

is holding a sales promotion titled "2 + 1 Free" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").

 

1. The subject of this document is the complete regulation of the rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") of the Promotion. These Rules are the sole document that bindingly governs the rules of the Promotion. These Rules may only be amended in the form of written addenda published in the same manner as this document.

Article 2.

1. The Promotion will take place from November 21, 2025, to November 28, 2025, on the e-shop www.complete-barf.cz, with the offer related to the Promotion being valid only during the specified period.

Article 3.

1. A participant in the Promotion may be a natural or legal person who is an end customer and who meets the other conditions set forth in these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). The Promotion is not intended for persons who purchase goods included in the Promotion for the purpose of resale.
2. Only those Customers who meet all the specified conditions of the Promotion will be included. The Company reserves the right to assess, at its own discretion and at any time, the fulfillment of the specified conditions by individual Customers and to exclude from the Promotion any Customers who do not meet the conditions set forth in these Rules.

Article 4.

1. A Customer joins the Promotion by purchasing a set of three (3) products marked with the "2+1" symbol within a single purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase") at the time and place of the Promotion as specified in Article 2 of the Rules.
2. The Customer will receive the cheapest of the three (3) products within the Purchase for free.
3. Each Customer may participate in the Promotion repeatedly, provided that all conditions of participation under these Rules are met each time.
4. The Company has the exclusive right to assess the fulfillment of the specified conditions of the Promotion by individual Customers. The Company is entitled to definitively exclude a Customer if it suspects that the Customer has engaged in fraudulent conduct or other conduct that is contrary to good morals. This decision to exclude a Customer is final and cannot be appealed.
5. The offer is valid while supplies last and does not constitute a legal claim to any specific product.

Article 5.

1. These Rules will be available on the website www.complete-barf.cz for the entire duration of the Promotion.
2. The Company can also be contacted in connection with the Promotion at the e-mail address or phone number listed on the website www.complete-barf.cz.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer expresses their consent to these Rules and undertakes to fully comply with them. Rights and obligations arising in connection with the Promotion that are not regulated in these Rules are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
4. The Company reserves the right to change the conditions of the Promotion or its duration without stating reasons and without providing compensation, and without any claims from Customers against the Company. Any such change to the Rules or the Promotion will be announced in the same manner as these Rules. The Company will make changes only for extraordinary reasons, particularly in response to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including technical or legal reasons, and on the condition that the Company will always strive to minimize the impact on Customers.
5. The exercise of rights from defective performance (warranty claims) for goods under this Promotion shall be governed by the applicable legal regulations, particularly Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, and the Company's valid Complaints Procedure.
6. In the event of the Customer's withdrawal from the contract, the purchase price will be refunded to the Customer, and the withdrawal from the purchase contract by the Customer shall always apply to the set of all products purchased as part of the Purchase.
7. Discounts and other benefits within this Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or other sales promotions.
8. The entity competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes arising in connection with the participation of a Customer who is a natural person (consumer) in this Promotion is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, on whose website (www.coi.cz) the Customer will find, among other things, information on the method and conditions of out-of-court dispute resolution. This procedure can only be initiated upon the Customer's proposal and after an attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Company has failed. The form for proposing the initiation of an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is available on the website of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
9. A Customer who is a natural person (consumer) also has the right to initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution online through the ODR platform available at the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=CS. The out-of-court dispute resolution procedure is not mediation under Act No. 202/2012 Coll., on Mediation, nor is it arbitration under Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on Arbitration Proceedings and the Enforcement of Arbitral Awards, as amended, and its use does not affect the Customer's right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or a court with their claim.
